Snap-Tech is owned and operated by Toby Scales. Toby joined the computer revolution in 1994, and since then has worked at Microsoft (as part of their global event support team), as well as serving as Chief IT Engineer for several startups during the dot-com boom (including the now-defunct mylackey.com).

When he's not busy with Snap-Tech, Toby likes to write screenplays. He graduated from the University of Washington in 2005, receiving a B.A. in Cinema Studies.
